Refunds + Returns Policy
Although our products are good as #@!& , you may be one in a million who wants to return a product and request a refund. Please email us at returns@getnept.com should you wish to return, exchange or request a refund for your order.
We can only accept return, refund and exchange requests from orders placed on getnept.com
If you purchased our products from one of our stockists, please make contact with the store or retailer where you purchased the product(s) and they will assist you.
For orders placed on getnept.com , we accept returns for any reason as long as the item is in the same condition as you received it, unopened or unused and in its original packaging. We do not accept returns on gift cards. All returns must be sent back to our physical address within 14 days of delivery using a trackable shipping service at your expense.
To return a product or request a refund, please email us at returns@getnept.com or hello@getnept.com and include your online store invoice received from getnept.com when placing your order, your order number, name, email address, phone number and reason for return or refund request. If your return is accepted, we will send you the relevant instructions for returning your product(s).
If an item was damaged during delivery, please send us a photo of your damaged delivery within 24 hours of receipt for further investigation. A member from our team will make contact with you regarding the next steps.
Exchanges
If a product isn’t suitable, that’s okay. We’re happy to exchange any item purchased on getnept.com as long as the item is in the same condition as you received it, unopened or unused and in its original packaging. All exchanges must be requested and products sent back to our physical address within 14 days of delivery using a trackable shipping service at your expense. Once we have received your product(s) to exchange, a member from our team will make contact with you and get you your new product. Delivery of your exchange will be at your expense and is dependant on delivery address.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should ship your product to: NEPT HQ , 32 Solstice Road, Umhlanga Ridge, South Africa, 4319
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning a high value order, you may consider purchasing shipping insurance.
